Widget Management Icons

You can refresh the current widget.

You can view selected widget information on a separate tab.

You can edit the selected widget information.

You can remove the selected widget from the dashboard.

You can select the start date, start time, end date, and end time (MM/DD/YYYY, HH:MM format) to view the trend for the selected widget.

Note:

Only applies to widgets that have the Trend data specified.

Widgets already added on a dashboard using the Grid display can be moved around using the drag-and-drop functionality and can be resized.

Note:

The drag-and-drop functionality is available only for dashboard grid view.

To drag-and-drop a widget:

1. In the upper-right corner, click the icon.
2. Move the mouse’s cursor over the widget’s title bar and then click and hold the mouse button.
3. Drag the widget to its new location and then release the mouse button.
4. In the upper-right corner, click the icon, to save the widget position.

To resize a widget:

1. In the upper-right corner, click the icon.
2. Hover over the bottom right corner of each widget. When the icon appears, click and drag the corner to its desired position and release the mouse button.
3. In the upper-right corner, click the icon, to save the widget position.

Note:

Multiple drag-and-drop and resize operations can be done between unlock and locking the view.

You can download the custom report in .CSV format. This icon appears in the lower-right corner of the custom report table.

The Warning icon displays the following warning message ‘You can move and remove columns and reorder the report, but those changes will not be saved. For permanent changes, please contact an Administrator.

Displays the number of rows of data that you can view per page.

You can navigate to the first page of the selected custom report.

You can navigate to the previous page of the selected custom report.

Displays the current page number of the custom report.

You can navigate to the next page of the selected custom report.

You can navigate to the last page of the selected custom report.
