View and Search Dashboard listing

You can view the existing list of dashboards in your organization and also search for a specific dashboard. Based on your preferences, in NRS you can view your dashboard either in a grid or in a list view.

To view a dashboard:

1. On the NRS homepage, click Manage Dashboards.

3. The Dashboards Groups page is displayed.
2. Select a group to view its dashboards.
3. 
4. A dashboard list of the selected group is displayed

3. Click the icon next to the dashboard to switch between the grid view or list view.
4. The Edit Dashboard dialog box is displayed.

4. In the Display area, click one of the following to view the dashboard widgets:
• Click List, to display the widget data in a list form.
• Click Grid, to display the widget data in a grid of chart types.
• Click Inherited (Grid/List), to display the widget using the inherited setting for display from a parent organization.
5. Click Save.
6. The dashboard either in a grid or in a list view.

To search for a dashboard group:

1. On the NRS homepage, click Manage Dashboards.

3. The Dashboards Groups page is displayed.

2. In the Search box, type the first few characters of the group that you need to search.
3. NRS populates the matching results.
